Real World Asset Summit

Gnosis is co-hosting the Real World Asset Summit with Centrifuge on July 9th in Brussels with talks by the GnosisDAO treasury management team, karpateky. The summit will host institutional investors and asset allocators, DeFi builders and founders, legal experts and policymakers to highlight the global state of tokenization.

Encode Club is a global community of top developers, professionals and talented students in Emerging Tech. ​Encode and Euler are co-hosting an awesome Modular DeFi Day during the EthCC week at the Brussels Hacker House by Encode! On Wednesday, July 10 Encode Club will host Gnosis co-founder, Stefan George for a panel discussion about Real World Assets. 🦉 GnosisDAO Delegate Program

The GnosisDAO recently passed GIP-101 on June 14th, 2024 introducing a new delegate program to the DAO. For the GnosisDAO, each selected delegate will receive 5,000 GNO from the DAO Treasury, empowering them to represent the community's interests and contribute actively to the governance of the GnosisDAO. This delegation will last six months.

Stablelabs launched the Delegate Platform on the Gnosis Forum as a hub for communications after the GIP passed. The primary purpose of the Delegate Platform is to provide voters and other delegates with information about a delegate. The secondary purpose is also to provide delegates a venue to communicate their voting rationales and reasonings.

This system has been successfully utilized in DAOs such as AAVE, Uniswap, and Arbitrum.

⛨ Shutterized Gnosis Chain

The Shutterized Gnosis Chain will go live on Thursday, July 11th, 2024! We're excited to announce that the Shutter protocol will soon be available on Gnosis Chain mainnet, enhancing blockchain security and fairness. This integration will revolutionize transaction security and advance decentralized finance (DeFi). The Shutter team has requested funds from the GnosisDAO to support their marketing activities to increase awareness of the Shutterized Gnosis Chain. 🕵️ ETH.LIMO x Gnosis Chain

ETH.LIMO is a privacy-preserving ENS gateway, enabling users to access native dApps and content. ETH.LIMO now supports .GNO domains!

💻 Obol x Gnosis Chain

Obol is leading the development and adoption of the most composable, Ethereum-aligned Distributed Validator Middleware through the Obol Network and its ecosystem. Obol is proud to announce the release of Charon v1.0.0 after 3 years of development, testing, and Mainnet adoption! Distributed Validator Technology (DVT) is an open-source protocol that allows a group of validators to act as a single validator in a blockchain network. 

For the first time, DVs are running on a chain other than Ethereum. In this initial phase, 5,000 Mainnet validators are being deployed by the Gnosis core team with 8 professional node operators across two DV clusters. Obol will continue to work closely with the Gnosis team to introduce squad staking, increasing the decentralisation of the Gnosis Chain. Obol Squad Staking is a technology that allows Gnosis Chain communities to run a validator as a group, or "squad".

🔒 Oxbow.io x Gnosis Chain

0xbow is the DeFi sector's response to the growing need for a balanced approach to privacy and regulatory compliance. Oxbow is building the privacy pool protocol on Gnosis Chain with their first transaction hash committed this week. Privacy Pool operates similarly to Tornado Cash by mixing multiple user transactions to obscure their true origins. However, when users choose to withdraw funds, they have the option to generate a zero-knowledge proof.

🔋PowerPool Votes to Allocate CVP to Gnosis Chain

The PowerPool DAO has recently approved a new structure to their treasury allocation for growth activities. According to Proposal 65, the previously unallocated 28.8M $CVP will be transferred to new multi-sig wallets, each dedicated to fund specific growth activities. The new treasury allocation includes marketing, PowerPool Points, and a set of allocations dedicated to growing protocol brand and user base on emerging blockchain networks with 1M $CVP allocated to Gnosis Chain for growth activities.
