Gnosis heads to Istanbul this month to attend the Ethereum Foundation's ever popular conference, Devconnect. The team will also host the Decentralised Scaling Summit on November 16th. With over 30 speakers, 5 workshops and 3 panels, the event will focus on themes around privacy, consumer applications, interoperability, AI and NFTs. ​More info and registration links are included below.

Aave v3 is slated to launch on Gnosis Chain in the coming days, adding yet another money market platform to the network after Spark and the launch of sDAI.

Last but not least, the DappCon 2024 dates were released this week. Save the date - May 21 to 24 in Berlin, Germany. See you there!

Aave on Gnosis Chain

The Aave v3 Gnosis Activation vote is live! The proposal allows the Aave governance to activate the Aave V3 Gnosis pool (3.0.2) by completing all the initial setup and listing WETH, wstETH, GNO, USDC, wXDAI, EURe and sDAI as suggested by the service providers (ACI, Gauntlet and Chaos Labs) on the governance forum. All the Aave Gnosis V3 addresses can be found in the aave-address-book. Voting concludes tomorrow with the activation following shortly after.

Gnosis Pay

Is your GIF game strong? Head over the Gnosis Pay Twitter to share your best GIF and potentially win $50 worth of GNO/EURe. Gnosis Pay is the first Decentralized Payment Network (DPN), removing the barriers between traditional finance and decentralized finance (DeFi).

1RPC is a free RPC relay to eradicate metadata exposure and leakage with a one-click experience for Web3 users. The relay is now live on Gnosis Chain!

karpatkey's Treasury Report

karpatkey helps decentralised organisations preserve capital through state-of-the-art risk management and trust-minimised DeFi treasury execution. They released a report this week about the strategies used to managed the GnosisDAO treasury. Check out the breakdown and learn why Gnosis holds specific tokens.

Hello Beefy

Beefy is a decentralized, multichain yield optimizer that allows its users to earn compound interest on their crypto holdings. Beefy is live on Gnosis Chain. The team wrote a great thread to mark the occasion.

Qi Dao x Gnosis Chain

Mai Finance is an open-source and non-custodial stable protocol for extracting value out of priced assets. QIP-207 is live on the Qi DAO forum to add sDAI as collateral for MAI on Gnosis Chain.

Swapr x Crypto Algebra

The Swapr dApp and the DEX engine powered by Crypto Algebra teamed up to bring concentrated liquidity to Gnosis Chain. Swapr is the first automated market maker (AMM) to allow for adjustable swap fees through governance and has been organically developed within the DXdao community. Crypto Algebra is a concentrated liquidity protocol with dynamic fees, built-in farming and more, used by 20+ DEXes.

GNO Domains

Much like ENS, GNO Domain allows Gnosis Chain users to have a custom address, powered by @SpaceIDProtocol 3.0 infrastructure & @dm3protocol. Pre-registration is open!

gnosischa.in Mobile App

The gnosischa.in explorer pushed a new mobile app release this week fixing a number of bug issues and introducing various features that enhance the staking experience.

Gnosis Chain Validator Recap

The October issue of the Validator Recap is out. It's chalk full of updates and resources. Be sure to subscribe if you're a node runner, staker or curious to learn more.

Validator & Node Operator Call to Action

Gnosis core devs addressed the continued NFT spam on Gnosis Chain, which burdens the NFT indexer and nodes. To prevent this, core devs proposed reducing the block gas limit from 30 million to 17 million. This reduction aims to deter spam while ensuring smooth execution of legitimate transactions, given the usual network usage sits at 10% block capacity.
