Berlin Blockchain Week

Berlin Blockchain Week invites projects, individuals and anyone interested in fruitful and educational discussions for a week of curated events in Berlin from September 8th to the 17th, 2023. From DeSci.Berlin, the Lisk SDK Hackathon, Safe{Con}, DappCon, Blockchain in Use Conference to all the side events, the Berlin Blockchain Week is not to be missed.

🚀 Gnosis & Gnosis Pay

Stefan George, Gnosis Co-Founder and GnosisDAO core contributor, joined the BanklessCard's podcast for an interview this week where he talked about what's on tap for Gnosis in the near future, including a discussion about Gnosis Pay. Bankless Card is the first card for tokenized communities. Teaching the world to go Bankless with web3.

💸 Gnosis Pay Rivals Neobanks

There was a time when neobanks offered extremely competitive foreign exchange rates. The recent launch of the Gnosis Pay stack along with CowSwap and Monerium's EURe changes the game. Every wallet can now build a better on-chain neobank all while giving users the ability to retain full custody of their funds.

💫 API3 x Gnosis Chain

API3’s dAPIs are aggregated from first-party oracles directly on the native chain. This means that you always know where your data comes from and never have to rely on cross-chain bridges as a centralized point of failure for your dApp. This week, API3 announced that their managed dAPIs have officially launched on the API3 market on Gnosis Chain!

💧Connext Airdrop

The first cross-chain airdrop is here! Connext Network is no stranger to Gnosis. Users are able to claim on the chain of their choice, including Gnosis Chain. Additionally, eligible accounts that have used Gnosis Guild's Zodiac mods on Snapshot before Aug 1 get a 1.5x multiplier!

💱 Sprynt x Gnosis Chain

Sprynt enables near-instant crypto payments across blockchains, fully decentralized, without bridge or compromise. This week, Sprynt launched on Gnosis Chain!

✅ Nethermind Sedge v1.2.3

Sedge released a fresh update this week. Sedge is a one-click node setup tool for PoS network/chain validators and nodes written entirely in the Go programming language. Sedge takes care of the entire on-premise full node setup based on the chosen client, using generated docker-compose scripts based on the desired configuration. Be sure to update if you're running Sedge!

🔐 Safe{Core} Protocol

Safe recently introduced a whitepaper for a modular, open-source Safe{Core} Protocol aiming to advance the smart account transition. Congrats to the Safe team!

The inaugural issue of the MEV Recap launched this week. The goal of the recap is to update the GnosisDAO community on the MEV, block builder/proposer ecosystem initiatives within the Gnosis ecosystem. Check out the report!

🤖 Gnosis AI

A new web3 infrastructure layer is being built right now with AI. Projects like Autonolas make it possible to bring external APIs, automation and AI on-chain. The implications are huge and Gnosis Chain is working closely with teams like Autonolas to leverage OmenETH markets and the RealityETH oracle. Not only is a renewed focus on prediction markets coming to fruition, an entirely new landscape is arriving and Gnosis is poised to, well, do what Gnosis does best - build. This new section of the Gnosis Chain Weekly Recap is dedicated to AI on Gnosis Chain.

🦾 Kleros + OmenETH + RealityETH + Gnosis Chain

Martin Koppelmann, Gnosis Co-Found and GnosisDAO core contributor, released a new project which allows a bot to make autonomous trades on prediction markets using a OmenETH, RealityETH and Kleros stack as the final arbitrator. Check out the link below to learn more!
