The Dencun upgrade is on the horizon for Gnosis Chain, scheduled two days ahead of the upgrade for the Ethereum Mainnet. Gnosis Chain is designed to extend Ethereum with the networks Beacon Chain and node architecture, making it fully EVM compatible. Gnosis is committed to contributing to the research, engineering and tooling for Ethereum's stack. Performing the Dencun upgrade ahead of Ethereum is a major milestone achievement. It means that Ethereum core developers have a chance to witness Dencun live on Gnosis Chain prior to their scheduled upgrade. Expect Gnosis Chain to continue along this path for major EIPs while maintaining 1:1 parity with Ethereum!

🐮CoW DAO's CoW AMM
The CoW DAO announced this week that they're bringing their MEV protection tooling to AMMs. The CoW AMM is designed to solve the ‘loss versus rebalancing’ (LVR) or ‘lever’ problem faced by liquidity providers (LP). CoW AMMs are a massive win for the industry as a whole and especially the Gnosis Chain ecosystem. CoW DAO and Gnosis are both committed to user agency and credible neutrality. karpatkey has led the active DAO treasury management space after becoming GnosisDAO’s treasury manager in GIP-20 39 and GIP-58 18. Following the tradition of the sister projects CowDAO 5 and SafeDAO 5, karpatkey will launch a DAO spin-off and a governance token (KPK) from the GnosisDAO. Huge congrats to the karpatkey team!
