🗳️ Governance Update: GIP-128 — Funding Gnosis Ltd

A pivotal new proposal, GIP-128, is now in Phase 2 on the forum, and the poll is open for your vote.

Proposal at a glance:
Should GnosisDAO fund Gnosis Ltd with $30 million a year? This grant would secure the next 12 months of product development, operations, and ecosystem growth. Gnosis Ltd, now a purpose-driven quasi-foundation, remains the primary builder for all things Gnosis—from core infrastructure and Gnosis Chain to Gnosis Pay, Circles, and the newly unified brand (Metri → Gnosis wallet, Gnosis HQ, and more).

What’s at stake:

  • Ensures uninterrupted progress across payments, self-custody, onramps, and new user experiences
  • Brings all retail interfaces under the Gnosis brand (except Circles, which keeps its name)
