📣 GIP-99: Should Gnosis Guild Steward GnosisDAO Governance?

A new proposal is live on Snapshot: GIP-99 outlines a plan for Gnosis Guild to formally steward GnosisDAO governance. The proposal introduces an initial trial period followed by a two-year workstream focused on governance R&D, infrastructure improvements, decentralization, and new funding mechanisms.

If approved, Gnosis Guild would lead efforts to modernize the DAO’s architecture, enhance voter participation, and experiment with emerging coordination tools. This builds on their long-standing role in developing governance tooling like Zodiac and supporting GnosisDAO operations.
